yes you are correct tc, thats the rules atleast in the us and canada, not sure about the rest of the world though, but even though theyre are supposed to be those rules sadly very few places follow them...
here in sweden, probably EU aswell its 17. Not sure about the US.

Who cares about thaty, I have buyed M rated games since I was like 13, games like Onimusha, DMC, etc... But know Im 17 too, so, now Im legal :), though no one really cares about it, u csan be 5 and buy this games.

I wish parents would control there kids game playing better. I am so tired of playing 12 year olds in Halo. Mostly because its embarassing when they kill you :oops:
