ALL right then if there is another game state it im just curious , there are so many good games with awsome bosses NO SPOILERS PLEASE!
FF has probably the most memorable bosses (Omega Weapon FTW, nothing better than seeing your entire party Terra Break'd after you do ~900,000 damage to him)
Defeating Queen Valentina from Super Mario RPG on the SNES.

On that list:Final Fantasy simply b/c I enjoy boss battles more in RPGs.
MGS3 had some of the best boss battles. However, God of War's and SotC's bosses were more epic.
Metal gear solid 3, Wow just wow that game had so amazing bosses.
FFVII Ruby WeaponFFVIII Omega Weapon
That boss battle , at the secret ending of LOZ: Wind Waker.You have to fight Links grandma ... she's solid man , she'll kick your ass.
I also thought the first and last scarab fights in Halo 3 were epic as hell.
