Its really all a matter of opinon. I personally liked the Silent Hill Soundtracks, the DMC soundtracks, and the FFVII Soundtrack. Also the Halo SOundtracks and mass Effects was really cool. M4 Part 2 is a very good song. OH and Still alive from portal is very catchy.
Smash is basically the best soundtrack ever. Over 300 songs? what can top it?

I agree with Brawl it has 300+ songs which is 30 games worth of Music.
can't say i argue, i have almost the whole brawl soundtrack on my mp3 player (keeping the credits secret from myself) and there are only about 3 songs i don't like.
Portal. The end credit song alone owns every single game ever made's soundtrack.

I'd also argue that Splinter Cell Chaos Theory has one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard, Amon Tobin did an amazing job on it.
Brawl if you want overall, Kingdom Hearts II if you want original.
I thought Brawl was just shy of 300 songs...that being said it is still the best
The FFVII and FFVIII soundtracks. Aeirs' theme still makes me sad.
Brawl does have good music but to me, Shadow of the Colossus's soundtrack is amazing and epic and my #1 favorite. I'm listening to it right now. :D
SSBB needs more old sonic music and stages. I'm not sure but I only saw green hill on that list.

Pompeii is the best fight song as far as im concerned. This is completely epic
Although its technically not from a game, I found FFVII Advent Childrens soundtrack very compelling. ITs basically a Redone version of the FFVII sound track for the most part.
