What's Your Favorite Boss Battle?

I would have to say my favorite boss battle goes to almost all of the boss battle in the Zelda series they are all so interesting and unique. Not just run and gun or just a much more beefed up enemy. They are an actual new battle that takes skills and some elements of puzzle slving to defeat. My personal fave would have to be the final stage of Majora in Majora's maskWhat's Your Favorite Boss Battle?

basically any MGS or FF boss is pretty awesome. Plus God of War had some pretty epic confrontations.
There are many: Raven, Sniper Wolf or Psycho-Mantis from MGS, Sephiroth from FFVII, Dark Samus in Prime 3, Bowser from Super Mario World, El Gigante from RE4, Zant from Twilight Princess, Alec Trevelyan in Goldeneye 64...I could keep going.

Each was great and the first one, the first flying one and the first swimming one were epic. Truthfully I don't really like boss battles at all. One of the reasons I love Halo:CE.
GlaDOS was a good recent boss, funny yet classic.SHMUPS have had a ton of great bosses over the years but the giant ship in R-TYPE holds a special place in my heartSome of the bosses in TIME SOLDIERS seemed pretty epic at the time.The boss in Dragon's Lair the laserdisc game was pretty awesome

Nightmare from Fusion was so insane. I loved the sad and slow backround music. The atmosphere was like I was doomed to die all along. Also when he starts to cry his own blood, it makes the whole battle even more awesome.Everyone's favourite boss from Yoshi's Island. This is the one that copied SMG. Ooh! Puppet Master was epic! Wario Land 4 sure had some insane bosses!
